Due to popular demand, we are organising, yet another Cocktail Masterclass at The Crown hosted by General Manager Amber.
For just £65 per person, those who book in with us will learn the tips and tricks on how to make 3 delicious, seasonal cocktails and 1 refreshing mocktail. Canapes will also be served in between each drink made, to enjoy outside in our garden.
Book in early to avoid disappointment! We only have 12 spaces available for each masterclass.
Saturday 10th August 12-6pm
Join us for a party in our garden, to celebrate the summer season. A day of fun, music, food and drink. You will receive 4 drinks tokens (soft drinks, prosecco, wine, beer, hot drinks) and 4 food tokens (to be used for our BBQ and snack menu). There will also be live music for all to enjoy!

Wednesday 4th September
Always one of our most popular events, we will be hosting another Flavours of Thailand event here at The Crown for those who have come and loved it before, or for those that missed out! This collaborative dinner event will showcase delicious flavours from Northern Thailand by Chef Ladaa Cisnaj.
We do hope you will join us for this dinner experience at £60 per person.
We invite you on Wednesday 11th September to celebrate Dominic Chapman’s birthday with us! At just £65 per person, you will dine from a menu inclusive of all his favourite dishes. Dom’s delicious spaghetti with clams or crab ravioli, September classics like Roast Northumberland Grouse & Blackberry Trifle
You will also receive a complimentary drink as part of your meal, as a gift from Dom to you. The options include a pint of Rebellion IPA, Dom’s favourite, a glass of prosecco or a soft drink.

For just £60 per person, you can come along and enjoy a specially curated Italian inspired menu put together by chef Dominic Chapman and his team. We will also be assembling an Italian cocktail menu for you to choose from and enjoy on the evening, as well as offering some delicious Italian wines.

Please join us for what will be an epic collaboration with Britain’s Number 1 Gastropub. We welcome the amazing team from The Unruly Pig.

Wednesday 30th October
Another exciting collaboration dinner event here at The Crown. This time we will be joined by Hundred Hills, a local Sparkling Wine company with a diverse selection to accompany a menu created by chef Dominic Chapman.

Wednesday 27th November
A celebration of Fish and Game, the best way we know how. Another fabulous dinner where chef Dominic Chapman brings delicious Autumnal flavours from a wonderful time of year. Cornish Shellfish, Partridge, Wild Mushrooms, Grouse, Blackberries. On offer will be a six-course seasonal menu at £80 per person.
From 1st-30th December, we will be celebrating the Christmas Party Season with a special menu for you to enjoy with family, friends or even work colleagues. This menu must be pre-booked with our team as dishes are subject to availability.
2-courses at £45 & 3-courses at £60
This year, we will be open for lunch and dinner as normal on Christmas Eve for those who want to celebrate with friends and family early. Our regular a la carte menu and our Christmas Party menu will both be on offer. We will be closed on Boxing Day.
Spend your Christmas Day lunch here with us at The Crown, where we will be offering a delicious, festive menu at £175 per head. A wine flight will also be available at £75 per head.
